Answer while the customer is still interested

An enquiry that waits until Monday is an enquiry your competitor answered on Saturday. We bring calls, forms, messages and bookings into one flow, let AI handle the repeatable parts, and route the rest to a person with the context attached.

The concierge in the corner of this site is a working example, not a mock-up.

Sunday night · enquiry handling assistant on the line

A demonstration: an enquiry arrives at 21:40, the assistant answers it, records three details and books a Saturday viewing before Monday.

Try it on your numbers

What an unanswered enquiry actually costs you

Five inputs, arithmetic you can see, and the assumptions left where you can read them. No score, no benchmark, no readiness index.

The receptionist, working

Pick a business. Watch the enquiry land.

Four scripted conversations, answered instantly — because they are scripted. No model is called, nothing is invented, and no data leaves this page.

—
Scripted · deterministic

The assistant only says what this demonstration was written to say. In a live build the same interface runs against your own approved content — and anything outside it escalates to a person instead of guessing.

What it costs you now

Enquiries do not wait politely

Missed calls become competitor revenue

A missed after-hours call is rarely followed by a voicemail, let alone a callback. The customer simply keeps dialling.

Four inboxes, one customer

Web forms, email, WhatsApp and social messages reach different people who cannot see each other's replies.

Repetitive questions eat the day

Opening hours, availability, pricing structure and location are answered dozens of times a week by someone who could be selling.

Follow-up stops after the first reply

The enquiry is answered, then nothing. No sequence, no reminder, no record of whether it was resolved.

What we build

One queue, honest handoffs

A website assistant grounded in your content

Answers only from approved material about your business, and says so when it does not know instead of improvising.

Voice reception

Answers routine calls, captures the enquiry, and transfers or takes a message when the caller needs a person.

Routing with a service level

Every enquiry becomes a visible item with an owner and a response target, rather than a message in someone's inbox.

Booking, confirmation and reminder

Appointment taken, confirmed, reminded, and rescheduled without a chain of manual messages.

Missed-call recovery

An unanswered call triggers an automatic follow-up by message so the enquiry is not lost.

A practical example

A call at 21:40 on a Sunday

The numbers that matter: enquiries answered outside working hours, time to first response, and how many escalations arrived with usable context.

The same enquiry, both ways

Fourteen hours, or two seconds

The same Sunday-night enquiry, handled by an office that opens on Monday and by a line that answers. The timings belong to the scenario — this is an illustration, not a measured client result.

What gets measured in a real deployment is time to first response and how many enquiries reach a person with usable detail — not a marketing number.

Control and oversight

A machine answers, a person decides

  • The assistant identifies itself as AI at the start of every conversation. No pretence of being human.
  • It cannot commit to prices, discounts, dates or delivery promises. Those route to a person.
  • Escalation is a first-class outcome, not a failure: every conversation has a defined point at which a human takes over.
  • Transcripts are retained on a stated schedule and the retention period is published, not discovered later.
Client work

A voice agent answering a live club's enquiries

Chrissie, the AI receptionist we built for a padel and tennis club, answers routine questions on a working line and hands over anything outside its scope. Live with real callers, and labelled as a client project rather than ours.

Talk to the concierge on this site

NEXUS, the assistant in the corner of every page, answers from a curated set of published pages. Ask it about a service, then ask it for a price. It refuses to invent one and offers the contact route instead. It also knows which page you are reading.

Questions

Questions we get asked

Will callers know they are talking to AI?

Yes. The assistant introduces itself as an AI assistant for your business on every call. Callers who ask for a person are transferred or promised a callback.

What happens when it does not know the answer?

It says so and captures the question for a person. The failure mode we design against is a confident wrong answer, not an honest handoff.

Can it book into our real calendar?

Yes, where the calendar or booking system exposes an interface. Where it does not, we capture the request and a person confirms.

Do we have to change phone numbers?

Usually not. We can route at the number you already have, or add a line for overflow and after-hours. Number portability varies by provider and we check it before promising anything.

Where are the transcripts kept?

In your own cloud database, not in a third-party agent dashboard, with a stated retention period. Our own privacy notice describes the equivalent for this site.
